About Olivia – Founder of Trails to Health
I started Trails to Health after working as a certified personal trainer (NSCA) for several years. During that time, I saw a gap in the fitness world. Many programs rely on short-term “fixes” that don’t last. Too often, trainers overlook what really matters: sustainable change.
There’s also a lack of clear, reliable information, especially for women facing health shifts in midlife. If you’re trying to stay strong, lose a few menopause-related pounds, or stay independent, you deserve better support.
While focusing on lasting lifestyle change, I recognize the importance of having a goal you’re passionate about to motivate you in your health journey. At Trails to Health, we use your interests and passions to help you get healthier. Whether you’re prediabetic, managing weight changes, or simply want to be more active, I’ll help you work through the habits and obstacles holding you back.
