What We Do

Trails to Health offers personalized advice and health coaching. We specialize in people looking to maintain or improve their quality of life by developing a healthy lifestyle. Health coaching can help you identify and change some of the unhealthy habits you have that are hindering your progress.

We have extensive experience, especially working with clients over the age of 50 who would like to work toward a more fulfilling retirement, prevent long-term loss of abilities due to age, and ensure additional time spent living independently.

About Olivia

I started Trails to Health after working as an NSCA certified personal trainer for a few years. During that time, I realized that there were a lot of people that didn’t have access to the practical knowledge that would help them become and stay healthy. Not everyone can hire a personal trainer, and there isn’t enough clear and accurate information online. People with specific goals, like wanting to hike further or maintain current health and independence, don’t have enough online resources.

Trails to Health aims to use what you already love about the outdoors to help you become healthier. I recognize the importance of having a goal you’re passionate about to motivate you in your health journey. Whether your hobby is hiking or traveling, I can help you overcome the health and habit obstacles that keep you from enjoying your passion.
